John Norman's Birthday Card

Exactly four weeks from today, on June 3rd, 2010, John Norman will celebrate his 79th birthday.
We, staff and members of the Chronicles of Gor website, would like to send John Norman a birthday card.
Nothing fancy, just a simple, printed card, with the text "Happy birthday, John Norman" on the top of the card, and below that, the text "On behalf of all your fans..." followed by a simple list of names and countries. Full names, or just first names, it doesn't matter. Ten names, a hundred names, or a thousand names, it also doesn't matter. It's the gesture that counts.
We will ask Richard Curtis, John Norman's New York based literary agent, to print the card and make sure it gets delivered to John Norman on the day of his birth, the 3rd of June, 2010. We am quite sure, that Mr. Curtis will support the idea, and do us the honour of delivering the message.
For the next three weeks, we will be collecting names to add to the birthday card.
